Dr. K had three book suggestions — all related to our conversation. One of them, Roar by Stacy Sims and Selene Yeager, is a personal favorite. I’ll admit here that it changed my life. Find the full trio of Kirsten’s recommendations and all our previous book recommendations, guests’ books, and more at hearhersports.com/books. It’s an easy, significant way to support the podcast. Thank you!
